12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, fp777 will return verified real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) to the player via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC and any pending investigation. Balances held in bonus funds are not returnable upon closure for breach of Terms.

15.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
